Rubiks 360

Rubiks 360

This Christmas surprise loved one with Rubiks 360 - one of the Hottest Toys of 2009.

Released mid of 2009, Rubiks 360 has captured the interest of individuals who also liked the original invention pf Ernő Rubik - the Rubik's Cube.

The Rubik 360 is a 3D mechanical puzzle which adopted the elements of the original Rubik's Cube but involves gravity to add to the thrill therefore it needs to be manipulated strategically to solve it.

The Rubiks 360 puzzle involves changing the position of six balls, each a different color, in a central sphere to six compartments in the outer sphere. To do this the solver must shake the spheres through a middle sphere that only has two holes but all in all there are three spheres making up the puzzle.

Unlike the Rubik's Cube, there are no algorithms involved in solving the puzzle but there is a factor of manual dexterity involved in the solution.

The Rubiks 360 can be addictive and engaging and is highly recommended to all ages. Buy Rubiks 360 from Amazon.co.uk - the biggest supplier of Rubiks 360 in United Kingdom.

Rubiks 360 Solution

Rubiks 360 Solution

Rubik 360 only has one solution, just like the original Rubik's Cube and the solver cannot break it up to solve the puzzle.

The original Rubik's Cube requires algorithms to solve it but unlike it, the Rubiks 360 do not need algorithms or mathematics to fix the spheres. It needs manual dexterity to get the solution - a way unnecessary to the original Rubik's cube.

The picture on the side is a solved Rubiks 360. The Rubiks 360 needs to be strategically manipulated to navigate the orange, yellow, white, green, blue, and red balls through both spheres to their matching coloured domes on the outer sphere - then lock each one into place by twisting the black dome! hard enough? it is actually easy!
Just rock 'n roll, whirl and twirl!
